Clivedale’s redevelopment of 22 Hanover Square comprises 41 apartments, a 51-bedroom Five-Star hotel, a restaurant, and a spa with an indoor swimming pool. The project will be Mayfair’s only fully integrated serviced residential scheme.

This exclusive development includes a three-storey basement which was constructed by Erith Contractors. Premcrete worked closely with Erith to produce a compliant design that complemented the construction methods.
