Premcrete were engaged by PJ Careys, following detailed support throughout the tender stage of the project. Design engagement was made by PJ Careys due to our ability to take on the entire liability for the substructure waterproofing as covered by our £5M Professional Indemnity Insurance.
Throughout the extensive phase of design, we have been glad to work closely with not only PJ Careys design team, but directly with Cauldwell Developments, Byrne Looby (structural engineer) and EPR Architects. When the project is completed in 2025, the development will comprise 5 townhouses, 3 penthouses, a mews home and 21 flats.
