I have been working in business development and design coordination for the construction industry for nearly 20 years. I have been involved in supplying contractors in London with themed visitor attractions and offsite modular construction all over the UK. In November 2022 I started on a new journey with Premcrete and am now using my experience to build strong relationships with main contractors and developers throughout the industry.
For the past 20 years I have been working in the supply of products to the construction industry. Early on it was an operations role before moving into marketing and sales. As Client Relations Manager, I'm now focused on technical and specification sales, where I can apply my skillset to ensure successful project delivery for all stakeholders.
Having joined Premcrete in Spring 2021, I have been glad to provide structural gas and waterproofing solutions to some of today's tough and demanding construction industry projects. I enjoy speaking to people, and helping customers in their work motivates me.
Having graduated from University in 2013, I've spent the last 11 years honing my skills in B2B marketing across various industries, such as wealth management, automotive, town centre management, and even aerial adventure attractions. I play a key role in driving our marketing communication efforts forward amidst the evolving landscape of the construction industry.
After completing sixth form in 2024, I was eager to develop my skills in business and embraced the opportunity to join Premcrete as a Customer Service Assistant. With a background in art, English and history I now work alongside our Pre-Construction Manager, collaborating with our valued customers to deliver exceptional service and support.
In the Civils Division at Premcrete, we specialise in working closely with clients as their R&D partner, creating innovative solutions that enable faster, smarter, and more efficient builds. With a primary focus on Europe, and growing markets in the Middle East and Americas, I drive the adoption of advanced materials including fast-setting concretes, high-performance grouts, and fast-setting sealants. By delivering tailored, high-performance products, we help clients overcome complex engineering challenges and optimise project outcomes.
Before I started working for Premcrete in November 2022, I was a Technical Sales Executive for the supply and install of industrial partitions, working with logistic companies and main contractors. I see the construction industry as a fresh challenge for me and I look forward to continuing to build relationships with our customers.
With over 8 years’ experience in the construction industry, I started as a Procurement Assistant up to Manager before joining Premcrete. I now focus on supporting key projects and enjoy working closely with our clients. I’m passionate about solving problems and building strong relationships across the industry.
I started my career in 2012 in customer services within the build industry, progressing to Warehouse Manager in 2018. I then worked for various build companies within roles spanning from sales to operations, gaining experience to ultimately become Premcrete's Business Development Assistant in 2024, to Project Lead Executive in 2025. I look forward to applying my skills to help Premcrete continue to be the most respected in their field.
I finished college when I was 18 and started working as a Design Technician for Premcrete in August 2018, producing drawings for the waterproofing and civils teams. I also support the IT team in keeping Premcrete operating smoothly. Now as Lead Design Technician and Internal IT Manager, I'm harnessing the multiple years of experience to ensure designs are promptly created, and enquiries are rapidly responded to.
Having worked within construction for my entire career, I am well versed in the industry and understand the need for product innovations to improve projects for our valued clients. I am currently working on our new ground heave protection innovation - VOID-TEK - as well as an exciting new product set to launch late 2025.
I have 20 years of expertise in construction; nearly 10 of those in structural waterproofing, with a strong background in technical design, site support, CAD Design and working closely with architects, designers, engineers, and contractors.I am CSSW qualified and help our clients with personalised support to deliver specifications that work right first time.
I finished school in Poland in 2012, from there I decided to come to England for work where Premcrete invited me in for an interview as a Warehouse Operative. I have now been here just over 10 years and have progressed to Operations Manager. I enjoy working closely with each department and helping to drive Premcrete forward into a new era.
With a strong background in sales and project management, I joined Premcrete in 2024. My experience has allowed me to transition into my role as Internal Business Development Manager, where I work closely on key projects. I’m excited to continue collaborating with our clients, delivering innovative solutions to meet their needs.
I joined Premcrete in 2016. Starting with customer service, I then went on to leading and expanding our civils division.Now as Pre-Construction Manager, I focus on providing technical expertise and early-stage support for our client's projects. This includes collaborating with architects and contractors to deliver solutions for waterproofing, gas protection, ground heave protection - and civils structures.
Leaving school in 2022 with A levels in Law and Business and public speaking and having a years’ worth of business development experience under my belt, has enabled me to transition seamlessly into my role here as Internal Business Development Manager after joining Premcrete in 2024. I enjoy delivering the premium Premcrete experience and building rapport with our esteemed clients!
I left college when I was 18 and started working in customer service for Premcrete in May 2021. In July 2022, I moved into marketing to enhance my digital skills, before progressing to roles more focused on site support and product training. Now, I am Technical Proposals Estimator, utilising my technical product skills as well as customer service skills honed at Premcrete to help deliver quality client proposals.
I am a highly experienced administrator, dedicated to helping Premcrete’s clients streamline their design submissions to save time and ensure compliance. With a background in supporting cross-industry clients, I thrive on keeping things organised, managing complex admin tasks, and ensuring efficiency.
After 14 years as Personal Assistant to the UK Commercial Director at William Grant & Sons, I’ve joined Premcrete to support the Managing Director and wider commercial team, helping free up their time to work on the business and our client relationships. I manage complex travel arrangements, diaries, and confidential communications, while coordinating meetings and key visits. I’m passionate about building strong relationships and providing reliable, professional support to help everything run smoothly behind the scenes.
