Having progressed through the business over the past 12 years, I am now responsible as Managing Director for the company. Having initially joined as a Technical Project Manager, I am CSSW-qualified with a deep understanding of structural waterproofing best practices.
In the Civils Division at Premcrete, we specialise in working closely with clients as their R&D partner, creating innovative solutions that enable faster, smarter, and more efficient builds. With a primary focus on Europe, and growing markets in the Middle East and Americas, I drive the adoption of advanced materials including fast-setting concretes, high-performance grouts, and fast-setting sealants. By delivering tailored, high-performance products, we help clients overcome complex engineering challenges and optimise project outcomes.
I have been working in business development and design coordination for the construction industry for nearly 20 years. I have been involved in supplying contractors in London with themed visitor attractions and offsite modular construction all over the UK. In November 2022 I started on a new journey with Premcrete and am now using my experience to build strong relationships with main contractors and developers throughout the industry.
I finished school in Poland in 2012, from there I decided to come to England for work where Premcrete invited me in for an interview as a Warehouse Operative. I have now been here just over 10 years and have progressed to Operations Manager. I enjoy working closely with each department and helping to drive Premcrete forward into a new era.
I have 20 years of expertise in construction; nearly 10 of those in structural waterproofing, with a strong background in technical design, site support, CAD Design and working closely with architects, designers, engineers, and contractors.I am CSSW qualified and help our clients with personalised support to deliver specifications that work right first time.
A Spanish born who has lived in Mauritius, Botswana and the UK. I have a Business degree in Finance from Westminster University, I am ACCA finalist and I am passionate about finance and helping Premcrete to drive financial performance.
Prior to the Waterproofing world I was in Temporary Works for 10 years before I left to have a baby. I started working for Premcrete in 2019 in Customer Service and since becoming the Customer Service Manager.
I joined Premcrete in 2016. Starting with customer service, I then went on to leading and expanding our civils division.Now as Pre-Construction Manager, I focus on providing technical expertise and early-stage support for our client's projects. This includes collaborating with architects and contractors to deliver solutions for waterproofing, gas protection, ground heave protection - and civils structures.
Before I started working for Premcrete in November 2022, I was a Technical Sales Executive for the supply and install of industrial partitions, working with logistic companies and main contractors. I see the construction industry as a fresh challenge for me and I look forward to continuing to build relationships with our customers.
With over a decade in construction, I am a (returning) Client Relationship Manager at Premcrete. I combine technical expertise with commercial insight to support clients from design to delivery. Having worked with leading contractors such as Skanska, Bouygues UK, and Mace, I focus on building strong partnerships, identifying opportunities, and delivering innovative solutions that protect and futureproof substructures while driving client value.
With a practical background in groundworks, engineering and joinery, I joined Premcrete in January 2019 and I am currently working as a Technical Lead on a variety of waterproofing projects.
For the past 20 years I have been working in the supply of products to the construction industry. Early on it was an operations role before moving into marketing and sales. As Client Relations Manager, I'm now focused on technical and specification sales, where I can apply my skillset to ensure successful project delivery for all stakeholders.

Having worked within construction for my entire career, I am well versed in the industry and understand the need for product innovations to improve projects for our valued clients. I am currently working on our new ground heave protection innovation - VOID-TEK - as well as an exciting new product set to launch late 2025.
I started working for Premcrete in November 2017 designing the waterproofing systems for projects and also monitoring the installation of the waterproofing systems on site which has progressed onto managing technical queries and overseeing the project design department.
With over 8 years’ experience in the construction industry, I started as a Procurement Assistant up to Manager before joining Premcrete. I now focus on supporting key projects and enjoy working closely with our clients. I’m passionate about solving problems and building strong relationships across the industry.
With a strong background in sales and project management, I joined Premcrete in 2024. My experience has allowed me to transition into my role as Internal Business Development Manager, where I work closely on key projects. I’m excited to continue collaborating with our clients, delivering innovative solutions to meet their needs.
Having joined Premcrete in Spring 2021, I have been glad to provide structural gas and waterproofing solutions to some of today's tough and demanding construction industry projects. I enjoy speaking to people, and helping customers in their work motivates me.
After completing sixth form in 2024, I was eager to develop my skills in business and embraced the opportunity to join Premcrete as a Customer Service Assistant. With a background in art, English and history I now work alongside our Pre-Construction Manager, collaborating with our valued customers to deliver exceptional service and support.
I have over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry, having started my career as a labourer in 2006 before progressing into civil engineering, surveying, and management roles. I specialise in concrete works, framing, and heavy plant operations. Since joining Premcrete in 2026, I lead technical delivery across the North, overseeing CAD design, site inspections, and providing solutions to complex technical challenges.

I finished college when I was 18 and started working as a Design Technician for Premcrete in August 2018, producing drawings for the waterproofing and civils teams. I also support the IT team in keeping Premcrete operating smoothly. Now as Lead Design Technician and Internal IT Manager, I'm harnessing the multiple years of experience to ensure designs are promptly created, and enquiries are rapidly responded to.
I left college when I was 18 and started working in customer service for Premcrete in May 2021. In July 2022, I moved into marketing to enhance my digital skills, before progressing to roles more focused on site support and product training. Now, I am Technical Proposals Estimator, utilising my technical product skills as well as customer service skills honed at Premcrete to help deliver quality client proposals.
I left school when I was 18 and I joined Premcrete in June 2021 and started working as Operations Admin. I help keep the orders flowing out our doors smoothly to ensure our customers receive the best ‘Premcrete experience’.
After completing sixth form in 2024, I joined Premcrete as an Executive Assistant & Office Manager. I studied Digital Media, Business, and Global Perspectives at A-Level, developing strong organisational, communication, and administrative skills. I take a structured, task-driven approach to my role, supporting the Managing Director and senior leadership team, while improving coordination, efficiency, and the smooth running of day-to-day operations across the business.
I am a highly experienced administrator, dedicated to helping Premcrete’s clients streamline their design submissions to save time and ensure compliance. With a background in supporting cross-industry clients, I thrive on keeping things organised, managing complex admin tasks, and ensuring efficiency.
