The Challenge

Located in the prestigious St John’s Wood and Primrose Hill area, this new-build, luxury residential development features 12 exquisitely crafted grand stucco residences. The project incorporates advanced eco-friendly solutions, including ground source heat pumps for heating and cooling.

The Challenge:

This large site required strategic waterproofing in line with the ambitious build, which also included a luxury health and wellness spa. It is a prime development in North London; the client had high expectations for a grade 3 habitable basement, which could be maintained for the duration of the life of the structure.

The Solution:

After selecting three forms of waterproofing protection, the client needed this all covered under a single warranty. Our solution included Premcrete’s Maxiprufe Plus, as well as Hydrocrete Watertight Concrete and Hydroflow HP cavity drain system, to provide what they needed in a fully packaged delivery – all under our single warranty for peace of mind.
