ISG secured the first phase of the long-awaited redevelopment of the former Yorkshire Post site in Leeds. Fox Lloyd Jones, acting as development manager for YP Real Estate, awarded ISG the landmark multi-million-pound build contract to deliver the first of four phases, comprising 242 apartments, on the 4.6-acre site.
Premcrete supported the construction team to provide a design for the structural waterproofing of the basement which is immediately adjacent to the River Aire. The basement was waterproofed using Maxiprufe 2000 and Hydrocrete Watertight Concrete to provide the required protection.
