The Hyde

The Hyde Hendon is a 3.6-acre residential project in Northwest London made up of 10 buildings and providing 386 new apartments, comprising an 18,000m2 basement to the footprint of the site. Premcrete worked very closely with both the Structural Engineer (Aecom) and the architect (Rolf Judd) in the early stages of this project to help provide detailed technical support at the design stage to ensure that the most efficient system was installed to the highest standard.

Premcrete were glad to work alongside Tamdown Group through the installation process and provide onsite training and quality control management throughout the duration of the project.

There were challenges along the way, as there are with most projects like this, however, the dedicated team at Premcrete are always reactive and on hand to help in any way they can to keep things running as smoothly as possible, whether that being getting deliveries to site on time or providing answers to queries on site. With our ability to adapt very quickly, we were able to provide not only high levels of technical support but an improved level of commercial savings.
