Camp Hill

Camp Hill, Birmingham – set to regenerate a 4.2 acre plot near Birmingham’s bustling city centre.

2024

The Challenge

This development is set to regenerate a 4.2-acre plot near Birmingham’s city centre, transforming it into a dynamic mixed-use scheme. As far as we know – this is the largest modular build in Europe!

The Challenge:

  • The site is sloping, with five blocks and different interfaces.
  • This posed a challenge in terms of the design.
  • It was also a requirement of the client that the pile caps were not to be wrapped.

The Solution:

  • Hydroseal FX eliminated the need to wrap the pile caps; resulting in a happy client, heightened efficiency and a cost reduction.
  • Our one system product and design warranty was also a key factor in this project, allowing for the peace of mind for all stakeholders involved.
